SUMMARY:
The main purpose of this position is to handle new applications, transfer, Re- and De-installations, upgrades, renewals in an efficient manner. This includes timeous Vetting, Pre-approvals and Final Approvals.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Do Vetting - Investigate the creditworthiness of customers.
Pre-approve and approve vehicles once all is correct on new application. Processing / loading of completed new applications on CRM system
Processing renewal contract.
To ensure information received is captured correctly onto CRM within SOP timeframes.
Respond to queries and requests within 24 hours.

Requirements:

Grade 12/Matric
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
MS Excel - Basic
CRM & AccPac - Interm
Sound knowledge of Recurring Billing, Invoicing and Application Process
