Based in Modderfontein (Edenvale)
R16500 - R24 000 CTC based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Experience in Workshop, Forklift, Yellow Equipment or Automotive

Requirements

Previous experience in an aftersales, service administration, customer service, or related administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Experience working with ERP, service management, or job-tracking systems will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Manage aftersales customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
Handle customer breakdowns and ensure timely communication and resolution.
Prepare, process, and follow up on customer quotations.
Generate and manage invoices accurately and efficiently.
Track Work in Progress (WIP) and provide regular updates to customers and management.
Follow up on outstanding Purchase Orders (POs) and open quotations.
Monitor and coordinate daily open jobs for technicians.
Ensure load test records and service schedules are maintained and kept up to date.
Liaise with customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in maintaining accurate records and reporting on aftersales activities.
