An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join a professional motor dealership in Johannesburg. We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented administrator who can provide efficient support to the vehicle sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare deal sheets, quotations and financial documentation.

• Ensure all sales files comply with legal requirements and dealership policies.

• Handle online taxing, licensing and vehicle registration processes for new and used vehicles.

• Load new vehicle stock onto dealership systems and maintain accurate stock records.

• Track current vehicle inventory and remove sold units from stock records.

• Monitor vehicle arrival times and coordinate vehicles for customer handovers.

• Keep Sales Executives and customers informed regarding vehicle delivery schedules.

• Process purchase invoices and ensure costs are allocated correctly.

• Prepare and generate month-end vehicle sales reports.

• Maintain accurate and organised sales and vehicle documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum, 2–3 years’ experience previous Vehicle Sales Administration experience within a motor dealership.

• Experience with new and used vehicle sales administration.

• Knowledge of vehicle taxing, licensing and registration processes.

• Experience with vehicle stock control, invoicing and sales documentation.

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Computer literate.
