SUMMARY:
Overall Responsibilities:Provides administrative support to our Liquidators across ongoing matters, including secretarial duties, document management, client liaison, and diary coordination.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

1. Administration & Documentation

Draft and format correspondence, reports, and other formal documents.
Maintain accurate filing systems and records across all active matters.
Prepare and organise documentation and materials for creditors' meetings.

2. Meeting & Diary Management

Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including sending invitations and preparing agendas.
Manage calendars and ensure all appointments are well-coordinated.
Arrange travel and accommodation when needed.

3. Communication & Client Liaison

Act as a professional point of contact between the firm and clients, creditors, and stakeholders.
Action and follow up on instructions from Liquidators.
Keep all relevant parties informed with timely updates on case progress.

Requirements

Grade 12 certificate (Matric) – essential
3–5 years’ experience in an administrative, secretarial, or personal assistant role
Prior experience in legal, accounting, insolvency, or professional services environment – advantageous
Demonstrated ability to support senior professionals with scheduling, correspondence, and client communication
Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive documentation
Valid South African driving licence (manual preferred)
1–3 years of administrative experience

Key Skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
