SUMMARY:
Office Admin in Bellville, Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities

Provide admin support.
Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and general office communications.
Liaise with all departments to support business operations.
Maintain company records, filing systems, documentation, and compliance-related files.
Assist with processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining inventory-related records.
Support the finance function by preparing invoice documentation and completing general administrative tasks.
Coordinate daily logistics activities, including courier bookings, collections, and verifying order picking and packing processes.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12).
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken).
3–5 years' office administration experience.
Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience on Pastel.
Strong attention to detail & time management.
Reliable & well-organised.
Proactive & problem-solving approach.
Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
