Minimum requirement

• Matric
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Administrator or similar role
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (bilingual is crucial, corporate industry)
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette, very important
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure
• Reliable transport

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage the switchboard and assist walk-in clients, providing professional reception support (low call and visitor volume)
• Liaise daily with various suppliers, ensuring effective communication and coordination
• Prepare and issue rental quotations for clients
• Receive and process new rental credit applications
• Conduct daily reviews of incoming credit applications and process the required financial information
• Collect and verify all relevant documentation required for credit applications
• Submit rental applications to various funders and manage all communication between funders, suppliers, and clients
• Provide feedback from funders and issue approval notifications and documentation to suppliers and clients where applicable

Documentation and Administration:

• Compile rental agreements, including all supporting documents and required paperwork
• Obtain signatures from all relevant parties and address any queries related to agreements
• Submit finalised rental agreements for processing
• Facilitate the completion of agreements by ensuring all documentation is accurately signed and processed
• Compile and maintain monthly reports
• Arrange collections and equipment pickups with couriers when required (low volume)
• Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the branch

Remuneration

R13 000 - R16 000, depending on experience

Work hours

Monday - Thursday: 08h00 - 16h30

Friday: 08h00 - 16h00
