What You'll Do:

• Provide direct administrative support to financial advisors, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Manage general office administration, including correspondence, filing, and administrative records
• Handle reception duties, welcoming clients and managing incoming calls professionally
• Communicate effectively with clients, product providers, and service providers
• Follow up on client documentation and queries to maintain high service standards
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments and meetings
• Prepare documentation for client meetings and follow up on outstanding documents
• Maintain accurate client records and keep the CRM system up to date, including compliance documentation
• Prepare investment, long-term insurance, and other applications through to completion
• Support compliance and regulatory administrative tasks

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role within the financial services industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant administrative software
• Excellent client service skills with a professional communication style
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Effective teamwork and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C and R is advantageous

• Experience working with CRM systems and compliance documentation
