SUMMARY:
Our client in Kempton Park is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support day-to-day office operations and provide administrative assistance across departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office processes, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication within the business.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and office support
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare, update, and maintain documents, reports, and records
Assist with order processing, invoicing, and basic data capturing
Maintain filing systems (electronic and manual)
Support procurement and stock-related administration
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications
Assist finance, sales, and production teams with administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) – essential
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently

Advantageous Experience

Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or mining-related environment
Exposure to invoicing, stock control, or basic financial administration
Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems
