This position is seeking a well-presented, organized, and reliable Administrative Assistant to manage day-to-day office operations and support basic financial processing. The role requires an individual with solid software experience to perform basic bookkeeper-level tasks, manage general office administration, assist verification staff, and represent the business to external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle basic bookkeeper-level invoicing, processing, and administrative data entry using Sage Pastel software.

• Manage general office administration, file organization, scheduling, and incoming corporate correspondence.

• Assist management and verification staff with administrative file compilation, especially during peak operational periods.

• Represent the business professionally as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and industry partners.

• Possess non-negotiable, hands-on working experience using Sage Pastel software.
