JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the Fishing industry based in St. Francis Bay, is currently looking to employ an Administrative Assistant.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Must reside in St. Francis, Humansdorp, or Jeffreys Bay.
Own transport.
Strong team player.
Ability to tolerate stress.

Responsibilities:

Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
Maintain contact lists.
Maintaining effective records and administration.
Ensuring compliance with company law.
Maintaining certain statutory registers.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, emails, and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system, both electronic and physical.
