POSITION INFO:

 ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - PEST CONTROL 

Our client, a pest control service provider, is seeking a friendly and presentable Administrative Assistant to join their team in Pretoria East!

•  Location: Pretoria East (Lynnwood Ridge)
•  Salary: R15,000 - R20,000
•  Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Essential Requirements: 

•  Matric certificate
•  2 years administrative experience
•  Valid driver''s license and own transport
•  Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans) - ESSENTIAL
•  Excellent computer skills
•  MS Office proficient
•  Pastel proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

•  Greet visitors and manage front desk
•  Answer multi-line phones and direct inquiries
•  Organize executive calendars and book meetings
•  Make travel arrangements

Documentation & Filing:

•  Draft memos and correspondence
•  Scan physical records
•  Manage digital filing systems
•  Track office supplies and order stationery
•  Manage vendor deliveries

Accounting & Financial:

•  Process customer invoices and credit notes
•  Enter supplier orders in Pastel accounting system
•  Perform basic bank reconciliations
•  Supplier and inventory reconciliations
•  Ensure accurate financial records

Essential Skills: 

•  Expert calendar management and filing systems
•  Supply inventory tracking
•  Clear written and verbal communication
•  Phone etiquette and client greeting
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
