Administration Supervisor

SUMMARY:
We are currently looking for an Administration Supervisor who will oversee administrative operations, support warehouse and sales teams, and ensure that company records, inventory documentation, and office processes run efficiently.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirement:  

• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory systems.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Leadership and team supervision skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Problem-solving and time-management skills.

• Supervise administrative staff and office operations.
• Manage filing systems, customer records, and company documentation.
• Coordinate inventory records for batteries, parts, and accessories.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and stock reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
• Monitor stock movements and assist with inventory audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, logistics, and warehouse personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle scheduling, staff attendance records, and leave administration.
• Support management with budgeting, reporting, and operational planning.
