About the Role (SYSPRO (essential requirement))
Our client in the building materials manufacturing and distribution sector is seeking a detail-driven Administration Clerk with strong logistics and manufacturing exposure. This role requires a highly organised individual who can work independently, manage multiple administrative functions, and operate confidently on SYSPRO (essential requirement).

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Processing debtors and creditors transactions accurately
Managing cash invoices and related reconciliations
Capturing and maintaining logistics and manufacturing administrative records
Preparing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, including advanced formulas and reporting
Supporting daily administrative operations within the distribution and manufacturing environment
Ensuring high levels of accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
SYSPRO experience – non-negotiable
Proven administration experience within logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data handling, reporting)
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with colleagues and clients

Advantageous:

Tertiary qualification in Administration, Logistics, Finance, or related field
