REQUIREMENTS

Matric plus tertiary qualification advantageous
Bilingual with excellent written and spoken communication skills
Accurate typing skills
Highly organised and able to multi-task
Willing to go the extra mile
Ability to take full responisblity of job functions

DUTIES

Assisting the Conveyancer will all administration requirements
Typing of Correspondence
Client liaison
Managing enquiries
All personal assistant duties required by Conveyancer
Managing conveyancing files
Data capturing
Solving problems and initiating solutions
Dealing with banks
Diary management
Organisation of meetings

Salary: R13 - 15000 dependent on experience
