SUMMARY:
Admin Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for completing routine and ad hoc office administration duties. This will also include temperature checking all employees regularly to ensure they are able to work

Role Accountabilities:

  • Answer general telephone calls and email enquiries
  • Perform office duties such as filing, photocopying, processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Monitor central email account, including distribution of emails to correct point of contact
  • Process and track accounts receivable applications
  • Administer all payments in a timely manner

 

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Able to effectively organise own work
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Good inter-personal skills and ability to develop relationships with internal and external clients at all levels
  • Co-operative with other employees, on-site customers and visitors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Ability to use initiative and to work well under pressure/to deadlines
