Personal Assistant (PA) – Somerset West (Full-Time, Office-Based)

POSITION INFO:
PROPERTY/CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY Preferred experience

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management within a fast-paced, professional environment based in Somerset West. This is a full-time, office-based role suited to someone who thrives on structure, multitasking, and delivering high-level administrative support.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Senior Administrator
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills (English & Afrikaans essential)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules
Handle correspondence (emails, calls, documents) on behalf of management
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial admin
Support project coordination and track deadlines
Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
Act as a key point of contact between management, clients, and stakeholders
Provide general office and occasional personal support
