POSITION INFO:

JUNIOR ADMIN. CONTROLLER (ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR) / PAARL – Applicant from the Retail Clothing or FMCG Industry will take preference.

• Minimum requirements
• Matric
• NQF5 in retail or business administration (advantageous)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• 2 – 5 years relevant sales/cashier environment
• Analytical thinker
• Finance management
• Customer focus
• Decision-making skills
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving
• Planning and organizing

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily banking, cash-ups, and float controls
• Maintain store records, files, and reports
• Authorize transactions and oversee lay-bys and RTS processes
• Conduct regular spot checks on cashiers and cash floats
• Ensure cleanliness, security, and safety standards
• Assist and train staff in Customer Service
• Manage staff performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions

Salary – Market related
