SUMMARY:
ð Position: Admin Assistant
ð Location: Florida, Gauteng, South Africa
ð¼ Salary: R10 000 – R13 000 CTC per Month

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support their Taxation Team with daily administrative, client-facing, and filing duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Diligently follow up daily on overdue taxation dates through telephone and email correspondence.
Provide strong administrative and organisational support to the taxation team to facilitate smooth operations.
Assist in capturing and entering financial data accurately into relevant systems.
Drafting of bills.
Deliver excellent customer service to clients at all times, addressing inquiries professionally and promptly.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail to resolve discrepancies and issues efficiently.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Basic RAF and taxation knowledge or experience would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
Basic knowledge of Excel and Word to manage data analysis.
Ensure the filing room is well-organised to efficiently collect files from storage and file closed files in the storeroom.
Ability to carry heavy files when necessary.
Maintain all files and filing neatly and systematically.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Education: Matric (Grade 12)
Languages: Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
