SUMMARY:
Executive Assistant (C-Suite Level)
Location: Sandton, JHB
Salary: R54,000 per month

We’re looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the Executive team, particularly the CEO, in a fast-paced and agile environment. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Manage executives’ calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and communication.
Coordinate Board meetings and liaise with shareholders.
Oversee office operations, budgets, and events.
Support HR with onboarding, staff awards, and culture initiatives.
Handle strategic projects and personal admin for the CEO.

Requirements

5–8 years’ experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant or similar.
Excellent MS Office and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, prioritisation, and project management abilities.
High level of discretion, proactivity, and adaptability.
