POSITION INFO:

Our Client based in the CBD of Cape Town is looking for an Admin Assistant on a contractual basis for 6 months.

The ideal candidate would need to have work in this field with a minimum of 2 yrs experience.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Assist with general admin duties such as typing, copying, compiling packs ect.
They will also assist with general packing of training and comms material.
Drafting word documents and excel sheets.
Data capturing
Assist with telephone calls to stakeholders (communication skills must be excellent)

Must have:

Matric, plus an office management related Higher Certificate or Diploma.
Must have at least 2 years solid office admin experience.
Must communicate well in all aspects, speech, telephone and writing
Must be familiar with basic Microsoft office package.

Must be based in Cape Town
