Job Title: Accounts Supervisor – Logistics/Supply Chain

Location: Boksburg

Basic Salary From: R27K. Negotiable depending on experience.

This role manages accounts payable and receivable daily operations. You must have three years of supervisor work experience. You will ensure staff compliance and team work efficiency. You need road transport industry financial experience to succeed. You will report directly to the business finance director. You must maintain attention to detail under work pressure. Your work ensures cash flow for the logistics divisions.

What You'll Be Doing

Verify and process supplier invoices within the company policies.
Perform monthly reconciliations for all vendor and customer accounts.
Submit payment requests directly to the business finance director.
Manage credit control to ensure business debtor money receipts.
Supervise and mentor the accounts team to drive ownership.

Required Qualifications

Hold a National Diploma or Degree in Financial Accounting.

Required Experience

Possess three years of experience as an accounts supervisor.
Show financial work experience within the road transport industry.
Reside in the East Rand with personal vehicle transport.
Demonstrate leadership skills to manage and mentor finance teams.
Maintain attention to detail under daily business work pressure.
