Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team in Johannesburg

POSITION INFO:

Roles and Responsibilities

Process and capture supplier invoices accurately. Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Prepare supplier payments for approval. Maintain accurate creditor and supplier records. Respond to supplier queries and payment enquiries. Ensure invoices are authorised according to company procedures. Assist with month-end creditor reconciliations. Maintain proper filing of invoices and supporting documents. Liaise with hotel departments regarding invoices and purchases. Assist the finance team with general administrative duties
