SUMMARY:
ð We’re Hiring: Accounts Clerk – Honeydew, Gauteng ð°

POSITION INFO:

Job Purpose
To provide accurate and efficient financial and administrative support by maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with day-to-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices, customer payments, and other financial transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
Prepare payment schedules and assist with creditor and debtor management.
Capture and verify financial data in the accounting system.
Assist with month-end procedures and financial reporting.
Follow up on outstanding accounts and resolve account queries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be advantageous.
1-3 years' experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
