POSITION INFO:
The Company

This business provides management consulting and technical support services. They serve large corporate entities and specialized industrial clients. They deliver strategic management and operational business solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Capture all daily financial transactions into the accounting system.
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Process all supplier invoices and prepare the weekly payment runs.
Issue invoices to clients and follow up on all outstanding payments.
Assist the finance team with VAT preparation and tax compliance.

Required Qualifications

Grade 12 with a pass in Mathematics or Accounting.
Relevant Diploma in Bookkeeping or Finance.

Required Experience

Work experience in a full-function bookkeeping role is required.
Proven ability to reach a clean trial balance is necessary.
Experience using modern cloud-based accounting software for business.
Solid understanding of South African VAT laws and bookkeeping.
History of maintaining accuracy under strict deadline pressure.
