SUMMARY:
Well-established company based on the East Rand seeks an Accounts Administrator to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric
Minimum 2 years' experience

Responsibilities:

Credit Notes: Raise high volumes of credit notes and compile monthly credit note schedules.
Municipal Accounts: Save invoices and prepare detailed monthly schedules.
Customer Credit Applications: Prepare application packs, conduct reference checks, and obtain credit bureau reports.
Traffic Fine Management: Process payments, manage duplicates, and prepare payroll deduction schedules.
Office Supply Management: Order supplies for office and warehouse (including tea/coffee, water, and monthly groceries).
Route Sheet Processing: Check route sheets, distribute to relevant staff, and manage cash invoice recording.
Travel Bookings: Arrange flights, vehicles, and accommodation.
Cell Phone Administration: Assist with upgrades, SIM swaps, billing queries, and related tasks.
Courier Coordination: Arrange ad hoc courier collections and deliveries.
Filing & Recordkeeping: Maintain organized physical and digital records.
Ad Hoc Finance Support: Provide general assistance to the finance department as needed.
