SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a highly driven and motivated Account Manager with sales experience in the Labelling and/or Packaging spaces.

POSITION INFO:

Account Manager (Labels, Printing & Packaging), Kempton Park, Gauteng, R25,000 basic, plus fuel, benefits and high-end Commission.

SALARY PACKAGE: R25,000 p.m. plus fuel allowance, AND good commission earning potential. The remuneration package will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

JOB SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for a highly driven and motivated Account Manager with sales experience in the Labelling and/or Packaging spaces. The successful incumbent will be responsible to generating leads, pursuing new business opportunities, building/maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and for collaborating with Internal Sales ito following up on product queries and sales leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets alongside gross profit margins.
Market Product Solutions: Strategically promote and sell the company’s comprehensive range of labelling, printing, and packaging solutions.
Manage Existing Accounts: Nurture and retain current client relationships through consistent service and value delivery.
Execute Cold Calling: Aggressively identify and develop new business opportunities through dedicated lead generation and cold outreach.
Oversee Sales Administration: Manage daily sales queries, resolve customer issues, and generate accurate pricing structures.
Maintain CRM Systems: Keep client databases updated to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and tracking.
Generate Syspro Quotes: Utilize Syspro to efficiently process and deliver precise customer quotations.
Deliver Sales Performance Reports: Compile and present comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

INHERENT REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 / Matric certificate is essential.
Diploma or Degree in Sales or Marketing would be advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of proven sales track record.
Experience within the printing, labelling, or packaging sectors would be advantageous.
Intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
Syspro experience is highly advantageous.
Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of managing corporate accounts and confidently presenting to C-suite/executive stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills combined with a professional, customer service-driven approach and a commitment to high-quality work.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
