POSITION INFO:

Are you ready to level up your career with a global firm? My client is searching for a detail-savvy Account Associate to join their office in Cape Town. Working with the Business Management team, you will manage international transactions, multi-currency invoicing, and bank reconciliation while solving complex financial challenges. Responsibilities:

Manage various day-to-day administrative, accounting, and bookkeeping tasks
Manage accounts payable function
Prepare and manage bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Manage and oversee ledger maintenance
Prepare and maintain financial records and generating reports
Ensure financial records are kept up to date by performing routine tasks

Requirements:

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related
Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in the financial industry
Experience with MS Office and MS Excel
Experience in handling international transactions, bank reconciliations, accounts payable processes, and multi-currency invoice processing
