ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RS Recruitment & Training is assisting a company in Mt Edgecombe, to recruit an ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT to be based in their offices in MT EDGECOMBE. Salary R10 000 – R12 000 CTC.

Applicants should have/be the following:

Matic

Solid administrative experience (5+ years)

Reliable transportation

Ability to time manage and run with tasks without supervision.

An understanding of Pastel

Experience with the invoicing process

Experience performing full debtors and creditor’s function

Strong reconciliation experience

Key performance areas:

Upload purchase orders and POD’s.

Print information from order.

Filing in consecutive order.

Pull information for auditors

General administrative tasks (stock recons for order placement, costings, reconciliations)

Remuneration:

R10 000 – R12 000
