       I am looking for a yard supervisor that has at least 5 years experience in

• Staff Management: Lead daily toolbox talks, assign tasks, track attendance, and enforce performance or discipline standards.
• Operations and Logistics: Oversee the safe loading and offloading of goods, manage stock rotation, and control inventory movement.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols, ensure correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain tidy, hazard-free work areas (housekeeping).
• Administration and Reporting: Complete job cards, daily logs, stock verification sheets, and incident reports.
• Fleet and Asset Care: Monitor yard equipment and vehicle movements, report maintenance issues, and secure site assets
