Our client a leader in Logistics is seeking to employ a service Consultant at their Kempton Park Branch

Below is a brief outline of the role, the full job description  will be discussed during the interview

Duties

Receive client enquiries by telephone, in person and per e-mail and successfully convert these into firm bookings.

Record accurately vehicle information, refer to service histories and effectively follow-up on clients.

Effectively operate the workshop loading system adding incremental work where adequate resources exist.

Facilitate the efficient operation of the workshop through the avoidance of non-revenue or diversionary activities, idle time, and poor technician/ operative utilisation.

Technical/ Client Service / Administrative

Qualifications Required

Matric essential.

Relevant Post Matric Qualification preferable.

Experience in SAP and P/Lan systems will be an advantage.

Skills &Experience Required

Technical skills and knowledge of various types of trucks.

Previous Service Advisor experience essential.

Interpersonal Skills

Ability to handle conflict

Problem solving skills

Customer and Personal Service

Ability to present professionally

Experience in workshop loading systems, bookings, quotations, costing and invoicing.

Valid Code 8 driver’s license.
