This position supports the operational goals of the business by optimizing workshop workflows, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of client projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. As the central point of coordination between the technical team, clients, and management, the Workshop Manager is instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, technical excellence, and operational efficiency.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of armature winding technicians.
• Oversee armature winding operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
