Production / Workshop Manager

POSITION INFO:
Key requirements:

Strong practical background in general engineering, machining, welding and procurement
Experience with rotating machinery essential
Proven track record in managing teams, workshop operations and quality systems
Strong planning and scheduling ability for project execution
Willing to perform occasional site visits

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily workshop operations and resource management
Enforce quality control and ensure compliance with ISO/QA standards
Manage procurement, supplier coordination and stock control
Lead production meetings, solve operational problems and support technical decisions
Liaise with clients and internal departments to meet project goals
