About the Role

As a Warehouse Technician, you’ll take responsibility for inspecting, installing, repairing, and maintaining systems and assets—while contributing to efficient warehouse operations, asset movement, and quality assurance. This role combines technical IT competence with physical asset management.

What You’ll Handle

• Install and configure computers, routers, printers, and related peripherals

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; perform timely repairs

• Audit and maintain stock and equipment records

• Oversee inbound and outbound asset movement and reporting

• Execute preventive maintenance routines and quality inspections

• Assist with documentation, system logs, and safety reports

• Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers

• Manage tasks and priorities independently while supporting team goals

What You Bring

• A+ and N+ or equivalent technical certifications

• Experience in IT hardware/software troubleshooting (Windows, basic Linux a plus)

• Solid understanding of stock control and warehouse operations

• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and technical diagnostic skills

• Computer literacy and ability to write basic reports and logs

• Strong communication and customer interaction capabilities

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
