About the Role

As a Warehouse Administrator, you’ll ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, systems, and external marketplaces. You’ll manage inventory updates, quoting and invoicing, and align cashflow processes with customer demand—all while keeping the engine of warehouse operations running at peak efficiency.

What You’ll Own

• Accurate entry and processing of customer data in disposal and rental systems

• End-to-end quote generation, invoicing, and release of assets via SAP

• Liaison between internal teams and external customers to maintain high service levels

• Oversight of marketplace platforms (Takealot, Shopify, Re.Works), including uploads and order fulfillment

• Management of short-term rental contracts, asset swaps, and returns

• Monitoring and minimizing outstanding debtors, improving cash flow

• Monthly reporting across sales, inventory, and asset status

What You Bring

• Diploma in Business Administration, Financial Management, or Practical Accounting

• Minimum 5 years of business administration experience, preferably in a warehouse/operations environment

• Strong numerical skills with working knowledge of basic accounting

• Experience using SAP and MS Excel (advanced proficiency preferred)

• Familiarity with online marketplaces (Takealot, Shopify, etc.)

• Excellent attention to detail, self-management, and multitasking capability

• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across departments

• Understanding of asset-based finance or leasing (advantageous)
