Manufacturing company looking for a Warehouse Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications
  • Matric
  • Relevant Degree / Diploma
  • WMS and ERP essential
Requirements
  • 3 - 5 years warehouse supervisory experience
  • Excellent planning, controlling and organising skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Duties
  • All system administration of WMS
  • Resolution of WMS support queries
  • Coordinate projects and ensure completion
  • Ensure training is implemented
  • Assist all departments with analysis of the system information
  • Evaluate, enhance and control systems, flows and procedures
  • Provide reports
  • Admin such as POD's, credit notes, route sheets, stock adjustments, transfers, tracking of deliveries, reporting incidents, answering customer queries, solving complaints and investigating delivery issues.
