Our client based in Alberton is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the seamless operation of their warehouse

POSITION INFO:
Role Purpose 
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing receiving, dispatch, and export processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. This role demands excellent organizational skills, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, dispatch, and export operations.
• Ensure incoming goods are accurately received, inspected, and recorded in the inventory system.
• Supervise the dispatch process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Coordinate export shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and address discrepancies promptly.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for warehouse activities to optimize productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
• Utilize computer systems for inventory management, reporting, and tracking of shipments.

• Matric qualification (Grade 12).
• Proficiency in computer literacy, including [e.g., MS Office or inventory software].
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch, and export processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
