Receiving Co-Ordinator (POS25057)

Johannesburg South

R 18 000 per month

Purpose Of Job

To ensure the administration and co-ordination of people and paper flow in the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Experience in Receiving / Dispatch / Warehouse Admin
• Excellent communication skills
• Good computer literacy in Syspro and MS Office
• Supply Chain / Logistics qualification desirable

Duties:

• Daily receipting of all quality approved purchase orders via purchase order receipts or LCT (Foreign)
• Handling "reverse logistics" with local suppliers
• Maintenance and upkeep filling associated with the position
• Ensuring quality relationships with and improved standards to suppliers by working closely with colleagues and ensuring all admin activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Communicate with the Purchasing and stores department of any problems that occur and may have an impact on production
• Ensure that all stores paperwork continuously flow to the right people on time
• Assist with creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders for requisitions created by all other requisitions’ users via SYSPRO if necessary.
• Report on monthly transport costs of collections from Off-store warehouses
• Expedite and run all off-store warehouse reports to ensure all required stock is available
• All Stores and receiving administration work
• Liaise with receiving supervisor if all receipted quantities were counted and if there were any discrepancies recorded.
• Assist with ordering stationery, office Refreshments and all non-stock packaging material for stores.
• Do daily counts on specified items
• Maintenance of default bin updates
• Update pallet counts reports and bins in stores
• Create labels for packing
• System Hygiene and maintenance
• Assist with any related functions where/when requested by a supervisor or manager.
