Our multinational client in the Agri space is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to be based at their Branch in Pomona

Role purpose

To provide administrative and clerical services in order to ensure affective and efficient operation at the Pomona Warehouse.

Educational requirements
Grade 12
Computer Diploma or

Logistics Diploma

Skills

3 years experience with SAP

Job Description

Administration:

Creating of delivery notes everyday as per the loading schedule and self-load clients.
Ensure all Haz-compliance paperwork are attach to delivery notes, checking and ensuring all details match and are correct (msds/Tremcards)
Collection of picking slips for warehouse to pick stock.
Record keeping of daily picking slips
Ensure delivery notes are given daily to warehouse manager for sign off.
Taking minutes of meetings.

Ordering:

Create PO- requisitions on request for consumables.
Create PO – requisitions for transport.
Purchase of Staff refreshments and stationery on a monthly basis, keeping record of what is issued

General:

Answer of Switch board, directing calls to correct person
Customer queries
Participate in stock takes
Perform other duties as assigned, based on operational requirements.

Safety:

Adhere to all warehouse safety rules at all times, wearing correct PPE as per instructions
