WAITER - LUXURY GUEST LODGE

Stellenbosch: My client, a luxury Guest Lodge in the heart of the Cape Winelands, is seeking an experienced and service-driven Waiter to join its hospitality team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing attentive, professional service to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation and service excellence.

• Previous waiting experience, preferably within an upmarket restaurant, hotel, lodge or wine estate
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Well presented, friendly and professional
• Able to work efficiently under pressure
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Proficient in hospitality Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
