SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a Workshop Foreman to oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of maintenance, and lead a team of skilled artisans. This is a handsâon leadership role requiring strong technical expertise and proven supervisory ability.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric or higher qualification
Completed Diesel Trade Test
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role
Valid Code 14 licence

Key Competencies

Strong planning and leadership skills with the ability to manage workshop operations effectively
Confident and proactive approach — able to anticipate issues and requirements before they arise
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to motivate and guide a team, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards
Sound technical knowledge of diesel engines, heavy vehicles, and workshop processes
