Virtual Assistant required for well established organisation based in Midrand

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

• Matric
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Reliable transport and valid license

• Min 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant to Senior Management
• Exceptional organisational and administrative skills a must
• Excellent communication skills
• This position is a remote opportunity however the position will involve travelling for meetings etc.

• Manage Outlook mailboxes - Flag and respond where necessary
• Manage claims, expenditure and accommodation and travel bookings
• Actively manage diary
• Assist in preparing quotations etc.
