Remuneration: R18 000.00 to R21 000.00 + Medical Aid + Provident Fund
 
Purpose Of The Job:
 
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Vehicle Stock Controller & Invoicing Clerk to manage vehicle inventory and oversee accurate invoicing for all vehicle sales. The ideal candidate will ensure that all vehicle movements are properly recorded, tracked, and invoiced in a timely manner, supporting both the sales and finance teams in delivering seamless customer experiences.

Duties:
Vehicle Stock Control

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing vehicles
• Process delivery documentation for new and used vehicles
• Reconcile physical stock with system records regularly
• Liaise with manufacturers, transport companies, and internal departments regarding vehicle deliveries, registrations, and logistics
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock movements between branches or departments
• Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies

• Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices for all vehicle transactions
• Ensure invoices align with sales agreements, purchase orders, and vehicle details
• Process finance company documentation for funded deals
• Submit invoicing data to the finance department for reconciliation and reporting
• Handle credit notes and billing adjustments as required
• Maintain filing systems for all invoicing and stock-related documents

• 3-5 years’ Proven experience in a similar role within the motor industry as stock controller / invoice clerk
• Strong administrative and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, CDK, Autoline) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good understanding of vehicle registration, tax, and invoicing processes
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!
