Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate
• Valid Driver's License (non-negotiable)
• Previous vehicle sales experience
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Professional and presentable appearance
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work dealership trading hours
• Knowledge of vehicle finance and insurance processes will be advantageous

• Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets
• Assist customers throughout the sales process from enquiry to vehicle delivery
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Prepare quotations and complete sales documentation
• Follow up on customer enquiries and sales leads
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
• Stay up to date with vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings
• Work closely with the finance and administration departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Participate in dealership promotions and marketing initiatives
