We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team in Oudtshoorn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable vehicle options.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, and benefits to effectively present to customers.
• Test Drives: Arrange and conduct test drives, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any queries.
• Finance & Documentation: Assist customers with finance options and ensure all sales documentation is accurately completed.
• Follow-Up: Maintain contact with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Matric / Grade 12 Certificate.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in vehicle sales within a franchised dealership environment.
• Licenses: Valid driver's license (Code B or higher).
• Language Proficiency: Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
• Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in dealership management systems.
