POSITION INFO:

Tour/Travel Administrator – Cape Town (Southern Suburbs) & Johannesburg (East Rand)

Are you an organised, detail-driven individual with a passion for travel and exceptional client service? We’re looking for a dynamic Tour/Travel Administrator to join a growing team in either Cape Town (Westlake) and Johannesburg (Lakeside, East Rand)!

What You’ll Do:

As a key member of the operations team, you’ll ensure the smooth execution of both group and FIT (Fully Independent Travel) programs. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
Handling supplier and client communication with professionalism and clarity.
Managing reservation systems for flights, accommodations, and activities.
Maintaining accurate administrative records (clients, payments, bookings).
Monitoring timelines, payment deadlines, and status updates.
Collaborating with a close-knit team to deliver seamless tour experiences.

What You’ll Need:

Matric (Grade 12) + relevant travel/tourism qualification (diploma or certificate).
At least 2 years’ experience in a tour/travel admin role.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent communication (written & verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team.
Client-focused with top-notch customer service skills.

Westlake – Southern Suburbs, Cape Town
Lakeside – East Rand, Johannesburg
