Duties and Responsibilities:
FINANCIALS: Create value for business, employees and sources of business by effectively, responsibly and sustainably managing the financial impact in this role.

PROCESS:
Accurate and Timeous Weekly Progress Reports to Agents, Sources of Business, and Clients
Accurate and Complete Documents with Client Consultation
Compliance and Accuracy with SARS / Rates.Com to avoid Rejections due to Non-Compliance
Adherence to Turn Around Times i.t.o Workflow

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:
Management of GhostConvey diary & Message Alerts
Utilising the system i.t.o required information / Data Captured
Managing of E-mail Boxes, PC Desktop & Personal Drives
