We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Developments Transfers Secretary to manage and oversee various professional duties, including providing regular progress reports to Agents, Clients, and Sources of Business. This role requires accurate and timely document management, data entry, and adherence to processes on relevant systems. The successful candidate will ensure smooth and efficient operations while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service delivery.

PROCESS MANAGEMENT:

• Deliver accurate and timely Weekly Progress Reports to Agents, Sources of Business, and Clients
• Ensure thorough and complete documentation, including client consultations
• Ensure compliance with SARS and Rates.Com requirements to prevent rejections due to non-compliance
• Adhere to specified turnaround times and workflows to maintain efficiency

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:

• Manage the GhostConvey diary and message alerts efficiently
• Utilize the system for capturing required data and information
• Maintain email inboxes, PC desktops, and personal drives
