Our client is looking for a Transfer secretary - Developments to join their team.

Location: Tyger Valley, Cape Town
Salary: R15 000 CTC per month (Depending on experience)

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

3 years experience of currently working on Development Transfers as a Conveyancing Secretary
Create value for business, employees and sources of business by effectively, responsibly and sustainably managing the financial impact in this role.
Accurate and Timeous Weekly Progress Reports to Agents; Sources of Business and Clients
Accurate and Complete Documents with Client Consultation
Compliance and Accuracy with SARS / Rates.Com to avoid Rejections due to Non-Compliance
Adherence to Turn Around Times i.t.o Workflow
Management of Ghost Convey diary & Message Alerts
Utilizing the system into required information / Data Captured
Managing of E-mail Boxes, PC Desktop & Personal Drives
Must have reliable transportation
