A well-established attorneys firm based in Paarl is seeking the expertise of a Conveyancer to join our dedicated team.

POSITION INFO:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drafting, reviewing, and registering property transfer documents
Handling all aspects of bond registrations with thorough accuracy
Liaising with clients, banks, and the Deeds Office
Managing and processing conveyancing files from start to finish
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal procedures and deadlines

REQUIREMENTS:

Admitted Conveyancer
Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in conveyancing, specifically with bond registrations
Excellent knowledge of the deeds registration process and current conveyancing legislation
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in conveyancing software (e.g., GhostConvey / LexisConvey)
