Senior Training and Development Manager
Salary - Market Related
Based in Durbanville

A leading law firm based in Durbanville requires a season Training Manager to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Relevant Bachelor''s Degree tertiary qualification - Training and Development, Pyshology, Education, HR, Business
Experience working with SETA''s - SSETA
Ensuring documentation is uploaded as per SSETA''s time frames
5 years+ working experience developing customised training programmes within the Property/Estate Agency Field with a specialised focus in qualifying Estate Agents to reach their full status
Minimum 3-4 years in a learning and development environment with specific experience in training, systems, facilitation and course content design, project management, learning systems/E- Learning
Registration and Onboarding of New Learners
Management of Academy employees specific within the Property/Estate Agency Field
Experience working with an LMS system and in adult learning, performance measurement and needs assessment
